چکیده

This study focuses to assess the potentiality of locally isolated Burkholderia sp SMB1. It was aimed for cocktail lignocellulolytic enzymes production involved in depolymerization agro-wastes release sugars bioethanol production. The optimization (lignolytic, cellulolytic, hemicellulolytic) by bacterium utilizing inexpensive substrates like bran and straw rice done using response surface methodology. Further this secreted at optimized conditions employed saccharifying untreated which were fermented S. cerevisiae. strain produced high titer cellulase (10.8 U/mL), xylanase (76 mannanase (14.23 pectinase (62.18 U/mL) laccase (24.25 7 pH 40 °C 10% (w/v) bran. slightly increased adding CaCO3 (2mM) growth medium. able hydrolyze highest reducing 28.5 g/L corn husk after 24 h saccharification process. These cerevisiae produce 9.04 bioethanol. paper represents exploitation first time promising significance study. helps waste disposal process valorizing biomass value added products sugars, hence increases agricultural economy.
